ECT Notice of Meeting
The Eastland Community Trust hereby gives notice that its Annual Meeting will be held at the Emerald Hotel, Conference Centre, 15 Gladstone Road, Gisborne, on Wednesday, 18th August, 2010 at 5.30pm.
At the meeting the Trust will report on its activities over the past financial year and its Statement of Intent and budget estimates. In addition, the appointment of an auditor for the ensuing year will be made.
All beneficiaries of the Trust are entitled to attend the meeting. The beneficiaries comprise all natural persons domiciled in the Gisborne district, together with any other person or entity conducting an activity or carrying on business in the district who is eligible to vote in the local Council elections, who is on the electoral role of the Council or who is connected to Eastland Network Limited's electricity distribution system.
Copies of the Eastland Community Trust 2009/10 Annual Report and guidelines for access to information by beneficiaries will be available for uplifting or perusal at Graham & Dobson Limited, 393 Gladstone Road, Gisborne, or on the Eastland Community Trust website at www.ect.org.nz in the week prior to the meeting.
